- Subframe: 4″ long sills, 60,000 psi steel I-beams, 3″ cross sills on 16″ centers
- Side Panels: DuraPlate® 6mm composite, Pre-painted steel skins around polyethylene core, 5/8″ thick fiberglass over plywood core for FRP bodies
